Resilient Environments: Remediation Strategies for a Sustainable Planet
Organized by: Prof. Domenico Pirozzi & Prof. Giulia Guerriero - Interdepartmental Center for Environmental Research (C.I.R.AM.)

This 5-day winter school, developed for international students (both European and non-European) from the universities partnered or affiliated to the SULIEIA project, will focus on the assessment, management, and remediation of contaminated soil, water and air. The course will allow the participants to gain insight into the latest understandings and knowledge within site characterization, risk assessment, remediation techniques, government policy, and will be followed by case studies and a site tour. The participants will receive a downloadable Course handbook and a Certificate of completion.
